PLEXOS is licensed to clients
globally, with a strong client base in Europe, North America, and Asia/Pacific.
In the European/Russian region, Elan provides the following services:
Licensing
Elan is the exclusive PLEXOS
reseller in Europe and Russia. We provide product licenses based on
a license agreement. PLEXOS licensing is on a machine-specific basis,
with either subscription or perpetual licenses.
Implementation
For most clients, PLEXOS does
not require a traditional software implementation process - the software
simply runs stand-alone on standard PCs. However some clients do have
requirements for system integration, and Elan provide those services
where required.
Training
All new PLEXOS clients will
require product training to ensure that their staff are efficiently
and effectively able to make use of PLEXOS. Elan provides on-site training,
with a pre-agreed schedule based on specific client modelling requirements
and staff background.
Support
For European/Russian PLEXOS
clients, Elan provides all product support. This is done via on-site
visits, telephone, email, and annual user group meetings.
