OUR APPROACH

At Elan Energy Consulting we focus exclusively on energy markets, with specific focus on the European power markets. The people who make up the Elan team are all specialists with unique insights and experiences of these markets.

Our key strength in supporting energy-sector clients lies in the depth and breadth of our expertise within this specific sector. As such we combine strategic visions with solid analytical foundations to assist clients in developing crucial insights that are not accessible to pure strategy consultants and modelling groups. Put simply, analytical foundations enforce reality and consistency checking of strategic visions, whilst the broader strategic visions provide the roadmap for detailed analytical thought and research.
